Pre-Installation Survey & Requirements Review

Aids in the planning and design of your facility to accommodate the equipment purchased for your operation. All aspects of machine location, foundation support, space allotment, product flow and conveyance, electrical requirements, air and dust systems and serviceability access are provided. Helps protect your investment and prevent costly installation delays and repairs to correct installations.

Installation & Equipment Commissioning

Machine installation and commissioning is a key part of putting a machine into service. Done properly, it is an investment in the machines serviceability and reliability for it's entire service life. All tasks on the machines are carried out and recorded, delivered to the end user, and filed for future reference as needed. Recommendations will be made to any irregularities involving installation, operation or application.

Product Training

Product Training

Factory training on the proper installation, operation, maintenance and repair of your machine. Training can be offered in a classroom environment at your facility, or at our manufacturing facility in Bluffton, IN. Training can also be offered on site at the location of the machine. Documentation, web site access and diagnostic tools are included.

Courses are designed to provide practical product knowledge in a hands on environment.

Equipment Service Inspection

Includes a review of the installation and operation of the machine. A thorough Inspection of the equipment components and wear items using the latest diagnostic techniques. An audit of maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance practices will be performed. Includes and overview of best practices with operation, maintenance and management personnel.

Laboratory Testing Services

The test lab at A.T. Ferrell is fully equipped for all of your testing needs. This includes determining the proper screen size and air requirements for a Clipper seed cleaner.
