Sentry 100 Hammermill
The Sentry 100 is as an economical and efficient “Drop Through” Feed Processing Hammermill. Product inflow is through either a 6″ or 4″ diameter top inlet, which can be fitted with an optional slide gate and various hoppers. Magnets are mounted on the intake to remove ferrous material contaminants. The product discharge/outflow is by gravity through the bottom of the mill.
Sentry 145 Hammermill
The Sentry 145 Feed Processing Hammermill is designed to discharge at a 45 degree angle with your choice of either 4″ or 6″ augers to meet specific output capacity requirements. Product inflow is through either a 6″ or 4″ single top inlet, which can be fitted with an optional slide gate and various hoppers. Magnets are mounted on the intake to remove ferrous material contaminants.
Sentry 1000 Hammermill
The Sentry 1000 Feed Processing Hammermill is an economical and efficient 90 degree side discharge mill. Product is discharged with either 3 1/2″ or 6″ discharge augers to meet specific output capacity requirements. Product inflow is through either a 6″ or a 4″ top inlet, which can be fitted with an optional slide gate and various hoppers. Magnets are mounted on the intake to remove ferrous material contaminants.
Sentry 130 Hammermill
Our Sentry 30hp Hammer Mills are designed with the larger operations in mind. The Sentry 130 comes with a 30 horsepower Baldor motor, top or side inlet and an 8″ split screen with a multitude of screen sizes. The mill also has 21 case hardened hammers. The test results show up to 7.5 tons of ground corn per hour (depending on test weight and moisture) through a 3/16 screen. The Sentry 130 Mill is a drop through mill.

The Sentry 2000 Feed Processing Hammermill design includes a single 6″ proportioner with an inflow auger to regulate the rate of ingredient delivery and a wall-mounted, dust-tight, electric control panel for safety and reliability. Product side discharge is through your choice of either 3 1/2″ or 6″ augers to meet specific output capacity requirements.
Sentry 3000 Hammermill
The Sentry 3000 Feed Processing Hammermill lets you accurately proportion, grind and blend up to 5 different ingredients simultaneously. Ingredient inflow is provided by five seperate augers which permit grinding and mixing feed. The mill is equipped with a wall-mounted, dust-tight, electric control panel for safety and reliability. Its circuitry permits the mill to be safely and easily started, monitored, and shutdown. Product side discharge is through your choice of either 3 1/2″ or 6″ augers to meet specific output capacity requirements.
